Quality and productivity do not contradict each other in telephone market research. |
Quality All of our interviewers take multi-phase training in interview techniques and software. They are monitored systematically and at regular intervals by supervisors and a quality manager. The results are recorded and discussed. The development of every interviewer can be seen: Where are his special skills and potential, e.g. B2B or in-depth interviews. Further quality-related indices are made available by the software, such as the hit rate of contacts, rate of refusals, etc. We have 150 interviewers especially trained on CATI who are available to conduct surveys, including 50 native-speakers for multi-lingual studies and 30 specially trained interviewers for B2B. Five supervisors and quality managers are permanent contacts for the interviewers and monitor the quality of their interviews daily. |
