Productivity
Our studio is equipped with 50 networked telephone workplaces. Predictive
Dialling (QTS) gives us an enormous productivity advantage. Especially
with short interviews and rare target groups, this technology saves up to
50% in time and costs through maximising the number of contacts over a
period of time (up to 80 contacts per hour). QTS makes a connection to a
telephone workplace only if someone has answered the call. To provide all
telephone workplaces optimally with preselected numbers at any time,
more numbers are always dialled than telephone workplaces available.
The system optimises the dialling frequency dynamically depending upon
the quality of the sample, the availability of the subscribers,
the length of the interview and other factors.
The automatic sample management system (SMS) guarantees that numbers
not reached are redialled at optimum periods of time, that appointments
are maintained exactly, that random samples are controlled and much more.
SMS organises the field work and makes it transparent, prevents quotas
from “overflowing” and allows interventions in the process in any time.
