Full Service
Since 1992, we have worked as a full service market research institute for customers
in the services and manufacturing industry. On the basis of careful analysis of
the problem, we develop methods and design studies. We conduct the field research,
then process and analyse the data. We report the results in the form of tables,
presentations and recommendations for action to solve the problem.
Field Work
Fifty CATI / Telephone workplaces and peripheral equipment for Web surveys, both
with excellent software support, that’s one thing. To us, field work means more
than this: advice on layout of studies, drawing of appropriate samples, selection
of and approach to target persons, optimisation of questionnaires, intelligent
quota control, daily top line reporting and much more. Thinking ahead to serve
our partners instead of just thinking along with them!
Internationalism
Our multi-ethnic team and openness to other cultures as they can be found in a
city like Frankfurt provide good conditions to conduct centrally-coordinated
multi-country studies successfully. And naturally, native-speaker interviews in
all important languages as well as an efficient, cost-optimised infrastructure
for sample selection, translation and transcription.
